Deus Ex HD Remaster Coming to Unreal Engine 5

A fan project called DXU24 is aiming to bring the classic version of Deus Ex to Unreal Engine 5 with support for VR. The project will offer volumetric fog, better water and lighting effects, and support for Niagara particle effects. The latest development video showcases some of the improvements and comparison scenes between the original Unreal Engine 1 and the remastered Unreal Engine 5 versions. There is no word yet on whether it will support Lumen or Nanite.
