Larian Studios' Panel From Hell presentation for Baldur's Gate 3 revealed that players will have the option to customize their character's genitals, adding to the already extensive character customization options in the game. This feature allows players to create a protagonist that aligns more closely with their own identity and lived experience. It remains to be seen how prominently genitals will appear in the game, as previous games like Cyberpunk 2077 only showed them in certain menus. Baldur's Gate 3 is set to release on PC on August 3, with console versions to follow.
