Sega of America Workers Achieve Unionization Victory

Workers at Sega of America have voted in favor of forming a union, known as the Allied Employees Guild Improving Sega (AEGIS-CWA). The unionization effort aims to secure higher base pay, improved benefits, and job stability for employees. Once certified by the National Labor Relations Board, AEGIS-CWA will become the fifth video game union in the United States and the first multi-department union at a major games company.
