Former UK Swimmer Allegedly Attacked at San Francisco Speaking Event

Former UK swimmer and spokeswoman for the Independent Women's Forum, Riley Gaines, was physically assaulted during a speaking event at San Francisco State University. Gaines has been vocal about her opposition to transgender athletes competing in women's sports. The university's police department is investigating the incident, and no arrests have been made. Gaines has called for sex-protected spaces for women and has previously appeared in support of a bill that would not allow transgender girls to compete in girls' sports.
