Twenty different Kansas City restaurants and food vendors will be selling their food at the NFL Draft Experience in the south lawn of the National World War I Museum and Memorial. The businesses have been told to budget for 1,000 to 1,200 meals served, but they’ve also been told that number can fluctuate wildly. Each restaurant agreed the logistics are somewhat mind-boggling, but this opportunity is worth the extra effort. Most restaurants in Kansas City strongly recommend patrons make reservations during the Draft Weekend (April 27-30).
