Mapping Genomic Mutational Constraints and Disease-Related Variants in Human Genomes

The article provides information on the data and code availability for a genomic mutational constraint map using variation in 76,156 human genomes. The aggregated allele frequency dataset is available for download, along with constraint statistics, and individual-level data for specific projects.
