Lake Sumter Landing restaurant disturbance ends in villager's chair-throwing sentence

A Villager named Peter Hnat has been sentenced to one year of probation after pleading no contest to charges of battery and trespassing in relation to a chair-throwing disturbance at a Lake Sumter Landing restaurant. Hnat, who had been permanently banned from the restaurant, was caught on video surveillance throwing chairs in the patio area and pushing an employee who asked him to leave.
