Disney Cruise Ship Rescues Four from Sinking Catamaran Near Bermuda

A Disney Cruise ship, the Disney Treasure, rescued four boaters stranded on a sinking catamaran named Serenity, 230 miles off the Bermuda coast. The catamaran suffered a gasket failure, leading to water ingress. Responding to a US Coast Guard call, the Disney Treasure launched a small boat from 80 miles away to successfully rescue the boaters, who were unharmed. The Disney Treasure, part of the Triton class, was en route from the Netherlands to Florida at the time.
