Weekend Weather: Scattered Showers and Storms Across Multiple States

New Jersey will experience a mixed bag of weather this weekend, with periods of rain likely on Saturday before dry, sunny conditions return on Sunday and stick around for most of next week. Heavier, steadier rain is expected closer to the Jersey Shore than in western parts of the state. High temperatures will be around average for mid-May, ranging from the mid-60s to mid-70s. Before the sunny week ahead, Friday will be partly sunny with highs in the upper 60s to about 70, and clouds increasing during the afternoon and evening, setting up a chance of overnight showers.
