Tropical Storms Cindy and Bret wreak havoc in the Caribbean and Atlantic.

Tropical Storm Cindy is moving towards the East Coast of the United States, but it's unlikely to make landfall. The storm is expected to strengthen slightly over the next day or so, but it will then start to weaken toward the beginning of next week. Cindy's projected path takes it northeast of the British Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and the Bahamas. It's expected to be located somewhere between the Bahamas and Bermuda by Wednesday. The Atlantic hurricane season began on June 1 and usually peaks from mid-August to mid-October.
