Thunderstorms with lightning, hail, and strong winds are moving through Houston this morning, with flood advisories and severe thunderstorm warnings in effect. The rain is expected to clear out by 6-7am, with a small chance of additional rain in the afternoon as a cool front moves through. Saturday will be sunny and beautiful, but there is a chance of rain on Sunday afternoon and night. A cold front is expected midweek, so keep the umbrella handy.
