San Francisco declares emergency ahead of storm.

San Francisco Mayor London Breed has issued an emergency declaration ahead of the next storm, giving the city more resources to clean up downed trees from the last storm and to inspect any windows that may have issues. Six high rises have broken windows after high winds roared through the downtown area, killing two people. Board of Supervisors President Aaron Peskin is trying to make sure windows are inspected more frequently and is introducing a law on April 4th. City officials are advising residents to stay home during the peak of Tuesday’s storm.
