Northeast Storm Brings Heavy Snow and Hazardous Road Conditions

Central Massachusetts experienced its first major snowstorm of the season, with over 13 inches of snow falling in Worcester and even higher totals in surrounding communities. Plowing efforts were underway, and a parking ban remained in effect. The storm caused power outages, with about 600 customers in Worcester County affected.
