"Multiple Tropical Systems Brewing in Atlantic Basin, Including TS Emily"

Tropical Storms Franklin and Emily have formed in the Atlantic, along with a Tropical Depression. Two more systems are being tracked by the National Hurricane Center. Franklin is expected to approach the coast of Hispaniola, while Emily is forecasted to weaken and become a post-tropical cyclone. The depression is predicted to dissipate within 24 hours. Two other systems have the potential to become tropical depressions or storms, with one expected to move into the Gulf of Mexico and the other gradually developing in the eastern tropical Atlantic.
