Mixed Weather Ahead for D.C. Area and Maryland

The D.C.-area will experience partly to mostly sunny weather with low humidity and comfortable warmth, but with smoky haze due to the fire areas in eastern Canada. There is a slight chance of a passing shower or thundershower this afternoon. The weather will remain pleasant until Sunday when it becomes slightly warmer and more humid with a chance of an afternoon and evening shower or thunderstorm.
