Midwest Cities Brace for Snow as Winter Weather Advisory Issued

Rain showers are expected to move in from south to north across Cincinnati starting after 4 p.m. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. for accumulating snowfall that could cause slick roadways, with the potential for rain to mix with snow overnight. However, the system is trending further southeast, so only areas further southeast of I-71 are likely to see a snow threat, with accumulation mainly less than 1 inch. Temperatures overnight will drop to around freezing, and slick spots are possible for the Tuesday morning rush.
