Extreme Weather Sweeps Across the East Coast and South: Thunderstorms and Record Heat Threaten

A major storm system is approaching the East Coast, bringing the potential for severe thunderstorms and other extreme weather conditions from Atlanta to Binghamton. Parts of the Mid-Atlantic, including Baltimore and Washington, D.C., are at a higher risk for widespread severe storms.
