2-year-old accidentally shoots and kills pregnant Ohio mom

A pregnant Ohio mother died after her 2-year-old son accidentally shot her in the back with a loaded gun he found on a nightstand. The victim was rushed to the hospital for an emergency cesarean section, but the baby could not be saved. Police found a loaded shotgun and rifle in the home, and urged families to lock up guns and never leave them loaded and unattended. Unintentional shootings happen most often when children are at home, according to the nonprofit Everytown for Gun Safety.
