Tentative August Trial Date Set for Trump's Federal and Classified Documents Cases.

Former President Donald Trump's federal trial for 37 felony counts related to hoarding classified documents and obstructing the Justice Department's efforts to retrieve them has been tentatively scheduled for August 14 at the Fort Pierce federal courthouse. The trial date is subject to change based on negotiations between Trump's team, the Justice Department, and the judge. All pretrial motions must be filed by July 24. Prosecutors have previously indicated that they would need three weeks to present their evidence. Trump has denied any wrongdoing in the case.
