Tammy Murphy gains widespread support for U.S. Senate run

Rep. Josh Gottheimer has endorsed First Lady Tammy Murphy for the U.S. Senate, making him the first member of New Jersey's congressional delegation to take sides in the upcoming Democratic primary. Gottheimer praised Murphy as a strong advocate for Jersey Values and expressed his eagerness to support her, President Biden, and other commonsense Democrats in the 2024 elections. Murphy recently announced her Senate bid, which may or may not include incumbent Senator Bob Menendez, who is currently indicted.
