Manuel Oliver, the father of a Parkland shooting victim, was arrested on Capitol Hill during a House Judiciary Committee hearing on gun regulations after he appeared to shout at a Republican lawmaker. Oliver and his wife attended the hearing, which elicited a spirited debate over gun deaths and firearm regulations. Rep. Pat Fallon, R-Texas, said some people "were disruptive during the hearing," and Capitol Police arrested Oliver for disrupting the hearing.
