Moderate Democrat Disagrees with White House on "Very Small" Debt Limit Deal

The debt limit agreement reached between the White House and GOP negotiators does not include any Democratic priorities, but it may still get Democratic votes because it's a "very small bill," according to Rep. Jim Himes. The bill rescinds only a "very, very small fraction" of the $80 billion set to fund the IRS. Himes said that the bill is not something that will make any Democrats happy, but it is a small enough bill that may prevent the economy from being destroyed this week.
