"Judge to Consider Disqualifying Fani Willis from Trump Georgia Election Case Over Alleged Misconduct"

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee will proceed with an evidentiary hearing to consider a motion to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her office from prosecuting the 2020 election interference case in Georgia and to drop all charges against a Trump co-defendant. The motion alleges an improper relationship between Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade, but the judge also stated that some arguments made by the co-defendant's attorney are not relevant.
