Finalists Revealed for New Minnesota Flag and Seal Designs

The State Emblems Redesign Commission in Minnesota has selected six flag designs and one state seal design as finalists for the new state flag and seal. The designs will now be open for public review and feedback. The commission received over 2,600 design submissions from the public and may consider tweaking a public submission for final consideration. The goal is to develop and adopt a new design that accurately represents Minnesota's history, resources, and diverse cultural communities by January 1.
