Eric Hovde Challenges Wisconsin Senate Election Results, Refuses to Concede

Republican U.S. Senate candidate Eric Hovde has raised concerns about the election results in Wisconsin, where he lost to incumbent Democrat Tammy Baldwin. Hovde, who has not conceded, questioned the integrity of the absentee ballot count in Milwaukee, suggesting voting inconsistencies. The Milwaukee Election Commission refuted his claims, asserting the election was conducted fairly and transparently. Baldwin won by a narrow margin of just over 29,000 votes. Hovde is considering a recount, which he would have to fund, as the margin was less than 1% but more than a quarter of a percent.
