Denver Election Results 2023: Winners and Losers in Mayor and City Council Races

Four Denver City Council district races could result in runoffs, including two with incumbents. All seats were up for election, with three incumbents running unopposed. The winning candidate in any district race must receive an outright majority of votes to avoid a runoff on June 6. This election is the first under a redistricting plan approved last year. Open races promised at least three would be represented by new faces. The other two seats are elected at large, and that race also featured no incumbents for the first time in 12 years.
