A secretly recorded audio tape of former President Donald Trump and a witness, believed to be Michael Cohen, discussing hush money payments to Playboy model Karen McDougal is among the evidence collected by the Manhattan DA's office in their criminal fraud case against Trump. The recording was included in an Automatic Discovery Form listing the evidence prosecutors have amassed during their multi-year investigation.
