Anti-abortion group threatens to reject Trump over broken promise.

Anthony Pro-Life America, an influential conservative group with more than 1 million members, has threatened to withdraw support from Donald Trump and any 2024 presidential candidate unless they back a national ban on abortion. The group's president, Marjorie Dannenfelser, said the only way to save unborn children is through federal protections, and that holding to the position that it is exclusively up to the states is an abdication of responsibility by anyone elected to federal office. This comes after the Trump campaign said he believes access to abortion should be decided at the state level.
