A tree fell onto an apartment complex in Sacramento County, displacing 20-25 people and causing the evacuation of twelve units. The incident was one of many reports of trees falling due to damaging winds with peak gusts reaching 60 mph in the area. Additionally, more than 200,000 customers experienced power outages across Northern California.
