Deadly Tornado Strikes Laguna Heights, Texas, Leaving 1 Dead and 10 Injured

One person died and 10 others were hospitalized after severe weather, possibly a tornado, hit Laguna Heights in Texas. The National Weather Service is sending a survey team to determine if a tornado did occur. Buildings and power lines sustained damage, leading to power outages. A shelter has been established at the Port Isabel Event & Cultural Center. The NWS says a moderate risk of heavy rainfall is still expected Saturday in the area as well as several other neighboring counties.
