Tragic Discovery: Twin Babies Found Dead in Chicago Childcare Center Bathroom

Two newborn girls were found dead in a bathroom at a child care center in Streeterville, Chicago. The babies were discovered in a trash bag by a janitor who was called to clean up blood.
