Iran aids Russia in building drone factory near Moscow for Ukraine conflict.

Iran is reportedly helping Russia build a drone manufacturing plant, with the facility expected to be operational next year. The US has warned of a "deepening" military partnership between the two countries, with Tehran also providing hundreds of armed drones to Russia for use in Ukraine. The White House has released a satellite photo of the planned location of the drone production plant in the Russian republic of Tatarstan, as well as a graphic showing the route Iranian-made drones take to reach Russia. The US has imposed sanctions on organisations or individuals allegedly involved in the transfer of Iranian drones to Russia and issued export controls to try to prevent Russia from obtaining electronic components needed to operate Iranian drones.
