Texas awaits judge's decision on Rio Grande buoy barrier to deter migrant crossings

The hearing comes after Texas officials had to reposition the buoys closer to the U.S. side of the river. Abbott was joined by four Republican governors who have sent personnel to help secure the border, criticizing Biden's handling of the crisis. Fourteen states have deployed personnel and resources to strengthen the southern border.
