The FDA warns that taking more than the recommended dose of diphenhydramine (Benadryl) can lead to serious heart problems, seizures, coma, or even death. The company Benadryl issued a statement urging consumers to use their products only as directed by the label, and TikTok said they actively remove content promoting dangerous behavior.
