"Dispose of Unwanted Prescription Drugs Safely at Local Take Back Events"

The San Diego County Sheriff's Department is participating in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on October 28th, offering four locations for safe and responsible disposal of unwanted or expired medications. The event is hosted by the FDA and DEA, with 26 sites available throughout San Diego County. The Sheriff's Department also provides year-round safe disposal boxes at select locations.
