Jan. 6 Cover Model Sentenced for Attacking Police.

Logan Barnhart, a former bodybuilder and romance novel cover model, was sentenced to three years in prison for assaulting a police officer during the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. Barnhart dragged the officer down the stairs and used a flagpole to strike other officers. He pleaded guilty to assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers using a dangerous weapon. Barnhart apologized to the officer in a letter, saying he had gone through depression, stress, and anxiety as a result of his actions. The Justice Department sought more than five years in federal prison for Barnhart.
