Indian Student Fatally Stabbed in US Gym for Being "Weird"

Varun Raj Pucha, a 24-year-old Indian student studying computer science at Valparaiso University in Indiana, has died from injuries sustained in a stabbing at a fitness center. The accused, Jordan Andrade, claimed he found Varun "a little weird" and believed he was going to harm him. Andrade, who faces charges of attempted murder and aggravated battery, described himself as a "defensive fighter" and said he used a knife in self-defense. Varun was described as a quiet and reserved gym member, and there was no indication that he posed a threat.
