"Woman Sues Novo Nordisk Over Ozempic's Gastroparesis Side Effects"

Caren Elosua is suing Novo Nordisk, the makers of Ozempic, claiming the weight loss drug caused her stomach problems and gastroparesis, alleging that the company was aware of the risks but continued to manufacture it. Several other patients across America have also filed suits against Novo Nordisk, claiming extreme side effects, including life-threatening conditions, from using Ozempic off-label for weight loss. The lawsuits accuse Novo Nordisk of failing to warn them of the risks, and similar claims have been made against Eli Lilly, the maker of Mounjaro.
