Edward James Olmos' Brave Battle Against Throat Cancer

Actor Edward James Olmos revealed in an interview that he battled throat cancer and just finished his radiation and chemotherapy treatments in December. He spent "months and months" on radiation and chemo and lost 55 pounds as a result. Despite the difficult battle, Olmos is grateful that he was in good condition to fight the disease and is now slowly coming back to his normal routine of swimming, rowing, and weightlifting.
