Central in Lima named world's best restaurant, 2 NYC spots in top 10 of 2023 list.

The World's 50 Best has released its annual list of the top restaurants in the world for 2023, featuring selections from Mexico, Denmark, Spain, Peru, France, Italy, and the United States. Central in Lima, Peru, was named the best restaurant in the world, with two other Peruvian restaurants and three Spanish restaurants also making the top 10. Two New York City restaurants, Atomix and Le Bernardin, also made the list. The restaurants were chosen based on their use of fresh, local ingredients and unique culinary experiences.
