Casa Bonita, the famous Lakewood restaurant and entertainment venue, has revealed its new menu ahead of its highly anticipated reopening. The menu has been revamped by executive chef Dana Rodriguez, who has simplified it to eight Mexican entrees, all made in-house with fresh ingredients. The restaurant has also undergone a year-long renovation, including a deep-clean and overhaul of the kitchen.
