Casa Bonita failed to meet its May opening deadline, but Coney Island Boardwalk in Bailey reopened under new management. BurnDown and Puttshack are two new additions to Denver's food and entertainment scene. Kiké's Red Tacos and Two Hands also opened their brick-and-mortar locations. Philly-born chain Primo Hoagies joined the Denver food scene, while Fiction Beer Company, Jet's Pizza, and Lady Nomada added additional locations. Reunion Bread is back after an oven explosion, but without leavened bread. The Rotary closed its Hilltop brick-and-mortar but plans to reopen as a cloud kitchen. Lafayette's Bounce Empire offers the largest collection of bounce houses, mazes, and games in Colorado. Call Your Mother, a bagel shop, debuted on May 19 and plans to add two more Denver locations this year.
