Introduced in 1999, this dish has gained immense popularity, with the Iowa Pork Producers estimating they've sold over 1 million. The Iowa Pork Tent, where the pork chop on a stick is sold, has undergone renovations for this year's fair, including a new grilling station and patio. The fair runs from August 10 to August 20.
