"Brooklyn Fare's Chef's Table Welcomes Fresh Culinary Talent"

Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare, the three-Michelin-starred restaurant, has found its new co-chefs, Max Natmessnig and Marco Prins, following the departure of chef César Ramirez. The restaurant, which had been closed since July due to a legal dispute between Ramirez and owner Moe Issa, plans to reopen on October 4 with a "more positive" atmosphere. Natmessnig, previously the executive chef at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Munich, and Prins, who worked in the Netherlands and at Restaurant Ukiyo in the East Village, will continue the 13-course format.
