More than a dozen employees of the Barbara Lynch Collective restaurant group, which includes Menton and No. 9 Park, have come forward with allegations of workplace abuse and harassment by renowned Boston chef Barbara Lynch. The allegations include physical and verbal aggression, sexual harassment, and unsafe work environments. The reports also detail Lynch's alleged alcohol misuse and her absence following the deaths of two employees, one of whom died of a fentanyl overdose. Lynch has denied the allegations, calling them "fantastical."
