Netflix Crew Survives Terrifying Shark Attacks While Filming Documentary

While filming for the Netflix series "Our Planet II" in Hawaii, a crew was attacked by tiger sharks while on inflatable boats trying to capture footage of the sharks. The crew was following the migration pattern of a Laysan albatross chick for the docuseries' first episode. The sharks attacked the boat, causing it to explode, but the crew was able to return to land. Tiger sharks are one of the more dangerous species in Hawaii due to their indiscriminate feeding behavior.
