"Insomniac Games' Massive Data Leak Exposes Future Projects, Wolverine Videos, and More"

Insomniac, the developer behind Marvel's Spider-Man, has fallen victim to a ransomware attack, with hackers threatening to release stolen data unless paid $2 million. After Sony reportedly refused to meet their demands, the hackers have released over 1.3 million files, including videos and images of upcoming game Marvel's Wolverine, personal staff information, and a contract between Marvel and Sony for future projects. The leaked data also includes a release slate for Insomniac's games up to 2033, estimated development budgets, and a bootable build of Wolverine. Sony has launched an investigation, but no official comments have been made by either Sony or Insomniac.
