Banijay-All3Media Merge Forms $8B Global Production Powerhouse

Banijay Group and All3Media have closed a strategic merger to form an $8B production powerhouse, uniting hits like The Traitors, Big Brother, Survivor, Peaky Blinders and films such as Hamnet. The merged group is expected to generate over €4.4B in 2024 revenue with pro forma revenue around €7.4B and €690M EBITDA, bringing together more than 130 production companies and over 260,000 hours of programming. Marco Bassetti will serve as CEO of the new entity, Jane Turton as Deputy CEO, and Jeff Zucker as Chairman, with close anticipated by fall. The deal, backed by RedBird IMI, aims to scale global output, formats, live events, and investment in new platforms across a broader international slate.
