Winds will drastically increase into the afternoon, gusting up to 40 mph, with a stray flurry possible. Blizzard warnings, winter storm warnings, and winter weather advisories are in effect for northern and western Minnesota until 7 p.m. on Wednesday. However, warmer weather is expected to arrive on Friday with temperatures reaching the upper 60s and potentially hitting 70 degrees on Tuesday.
