San Antonio Airport Adds New Direct Flights Amid Record Passenger Growth

San Antonio International Airport has announced three new direct flights to Philadelphia, Burbank, and Torreon, alongside 12 consecutive months of record-breaking passenger numbers. The airport saw a 7% increase in passengers in April 2024, with over 900,000 passengers for the first time in its history. The new routes include twice-weekly flights to Torreon on Viva Aerobus, daily flights to Burbank on Southwest Airlines, and daily flights to Philadelphia on American Airlines, bringing the total number of nonstop flights from the airport to 45.
